Come to this class for even more fun with rope, embroidery, mesh tubing and fabrics, you will complete several projects ready for gifting or entertaining.
In this class we are going to be making coasters and trivets of different sizes. We will decorate them with embroidery, mesh tubing, or material. Deborah will give a demo on how to make the square and oblong base that you can use for further basket making. Bring your own machine or rent one of ours. Supplies and a light lunch is included.
(It is very helpful to have some bowl making experience for this class)
Materials needed:
Sewing machine that has zigzag ( be sure it is cleaned and oiled)
Sewing supplies...scissor, measuring tape, isacord thread, 2 bobbins filled.
Supplies that come with the class:
Rope
Mesh tubing
Heavy duty needle
Assorted strips of fabrics
embroidery design to be loaded in your machine
