We appreciate your confidence in us and enjoy the opportunity to provide you with opportunities to express your sewing genius!
We take our educational obligations to you very seriously. Please familiarize yourself with the Enrollment Policy, as it is non-negotiable.
Class fees are due at the time of registration. Phone reservations are accepted with credit card payment.
If you withdraw from a class, a store credit (NO REFUNDS) will only be given with your minimum 14-day notice prior to the first class date. Without this minimum notice, under no circumstance are store credits or transfers made.
We reserve the right to cancel classes as may become necessary, at which time a refund or store credit will be issued. Pine Needles Quilt & Sew will do its best to notify students of a cancellation at least 3 days prior to the class date. Make-up classes are given only in the event the instructor misses a class.
Unless otherwise noted in the class description, class fees do not include materials. When you register, be certain to get a supply list, available in person or on our website.
Cell phone use is not permitted in the classrooms.
Cancellation Policy for National Educators:
Full refund with a least 3 months notice. 50% refund with 1-3 months notice.
No refund for less than 1 month notice (unless we/you are able to fill your spot).
