Many of you got to know Mason this past summer when he worked here in the tech department. He was great to have here during that time, and we sure missed him when he went back to school in September. He plans to join us at Pine Needles Quilt & Sew after his graduation in May. Several of you have asked how he is, so here is an update.
Football is his favorite, and always has been. Marcia tells a pretty good tale of when she was kindergarten shopping with him, and he very matter of factly informed her that it was his lifelong dream to play in the NFL. Dreams change, as we know, and he now dreams of fixing sewing machines and spending as much time as possible with his mother, grandma, and grandpa. 😂 Anywho, he played strong side offensive guard and defensive lineman for LeRoy-Ostrander this past season, and it was really fun to watch. Here is a little taste of #30 in action.

↑ This was after his last game. I'm not crying, you're crying. They finished his final year with a record of 8 wins and 2 losses. Here's a little ditty they put in the paper about your friendly sewing machine technician. ↓
Super proud of him and his whole team for sure! We are excited to have trade the football team for the PNQS team, and we thank you all for being so welcoming to him. Pine Needles has always put family first, and he will be the third generation helping to make head pinecone Marcia's lifelong dream a reality. The future looks bright!
Piece out!
