Give your favorite in‑the‑hoop projects a second life by dressing them up with extra or different embroidery designs. In this class, we’ll start with a simple in‑the‑hoop project and then layer on designs from OESD Collection 75600 (Blossoming Hearts), swapping motifs and turning “basic” projects into custom creations.
You’ll learn how to get more out of your embroidery machine using Group and Ungroup, resequencing design elements, and selectively stitching parts of a design so they work perfectly in new layouts. Note that not all BERNINA models have Group/Ungroup, but students with machines that do not have this functionality are absolutely welcome; we’ll demonstrate alternative workflows that offer similar control, so everyone leaves class feeling more confident about editing and repurposing designs.
Supply list is below and a 20% is available for any necessary supplies after you have registered for class.
No prior embroidery experience required, though basic knowledge of machine operation is helpful. Don't forget to bring your enthusiasm!
