RETURN POLICY

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original
packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Store credit only.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pnqs.net. Include your order number and
reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or
incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

No Cash Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved returns
will be provided in-store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale items marked "final sale"
