Our exclusive heat-resistant silicone tray acts as a heat and moisture barrier, protecting the surface below and catching any condensation. It makes cleanup a breeze: just lift, wipe, and flip. Added bonus? The silicone tray keeps the mat in place so it doesn't slide when pressing. Designed to be reversible. Holes are drilled through the mat so either side of the wool can be used.
